Vertical form fill seal machine

The vertical form, fill, seal process(VFFS or vertical bagging) start with a cylindrical roll of film, then transfer film from the roll through forming collar(tube or plow), once transferred through the collar, the film will then fold and the vertical seal bars wil extend to seal the back of pouch. The horizontal seal bars will then close once the desired pouch length pulled and filled with product, finally provided a finished pouch with top and bottom horizontal seals and one vertical back seal.
