Horizontal cartoner machine

Horizontal cartoning machine as one of two types of cartoning machine, which combine flexibility, efficiency, and precision at high mechanical speeds, it will pick up a single piece from a stack of fold carton, and then get it to stand up straight, or erect, the machine will fill it with a product, a bag of procuct or a number of products horizontally through an end that is open, and then close it by tucking the end flaps of the carton or applying glue or adhesive. The product may be pushed in the carton either through the mechanical sleeve or by pressurized air.

Horizontal end load cartoners are the most widely used type of carton packing for products like food, confectionery, toothpaste, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, sundry goods, etc. It can be used to process kinds of carton material grades(includes the recycling grade materials).
