Before dealing with common failures, we need to understand how it works.
When the package containing the items is placed on the machine, the sealing part of the bag is automatically fed between the two sealing belts in operation and brought into the heating zone. The heat of the heating block is transferred to the sealing part of the bag through the sealing belt so that The film is heated and softened. Then it passes through the cooling zone to make the surface temperature of the film drop appropriately. Then it passes through the sealing part to bond the upper and lower plastic films of the sealing part to complete the sealing operation.
Insufficient sealing is one of the common failures of vertical bagging machines. There are three main reasons for the failure.
The first reason is that the sealing part of the packaging bag cannot be sealed, which is caused by factors such as insufficient heat sealing temperature, too fast heat sealing speed, improper pressure of the cold-pressed rubber wheel, and problems with the quality of the heat-sealing film.
The inability to seal the seal is also related to the quality of the heat-sealed film. If the corona treatment of the composite lining is uneven, the effect is not good, and it happens to be at the seal, it will definitely not be able to seal.
This situation is rare, but once it occurs, the product must be scrapped. Therefore, after discovering quality problems, it is necessary to analyze the causes and solve them in time. If there is moisture and dirt in the seal, it will also cause the seal to be weak.
For this failure situation, the solution mainly includes: appropriately increasing the heat sealing temperature, then reducing the heat sealing speed, and increasing the pressure of the cold-pressed rubber wheel at the same time.
The second reason is that under the pressure of the sealing knife, although the bag mouth is sealed, a little harder squeezing or tearing off the bag will crack again.
This situation is related to insufficient heat-sealing temperature and insufficient flatness of the knife surface of the heat-sealing knife. For the former, the problem can be solved by appropriately increasing the heat-sealing temperature. The main reason for the latter is that the middle screw is installed obliquely, or the pressure of the pressure spring of the upper heat-sealing knife is uneven. Just make the corresponding adjustments.
The third reason is that when the seal is peeled off, half of the seal is firmly sealed and half of the seal is separated. The quality of the seal of such a packaging bag is still unqualified because the contents are easily leaked out by squeezing during storage and transportation.
It is understood that this failure is also fatal for the fully automatic sealing machine. Once the thermometer fails and the temperature cannot be controlled, the heat-sealing temperature will not be constant, and the seal will often be scorched or not tightly sealed.
In this regard, the industry recommends that users check or replace the thermometer, readjust the heat sealing pressure, and replace the heat sealing material.
In view of the unstable operation of the sealing machine, it is necessary to check whether the shaft connection of the motor and the connection of the gearbox are falling off or loose. If these phenomena occur when checking the wear of the carbon brush of the motor, it needs to be tightened. replace.
